She was predeceased by: her husband William "Hondo" Harter; her son Richard James Tarr; her parents, Maude Reed and Richard Reed; and her siblings, Richard and Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Staci Tarr (Tony Brockel), Bradley Tarr and Jessie Tarr; her grandchildren, Giden Tarr, Greyson Brockel, Mercedes, Devon and Jaeden; and her great grandchild Kyla.
