He is survived by: his wife Paulette Prescott; his children, Jason Blazejewski, Jodi Luhn, Jaimee Blazejewski and Justin Blazejewski; his grandchildren, Jadon Blazejewski, JJ Luhn, Julia Luhn, Johnny Luhn and Gabriella Vohn Stein; and his sisters, Cheryl Jennings and Debra Smith.
