He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen F. Blazejewski and Agnes C. Jordan Blazejewski; his wife June E. Hitchcock; his nephew Stephen Kratt; and his brother-in-law Nelson Hartloff (Gus).
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Blazejewski (Kim Teuscher) of Olean and Brian Blazejewski (Bethany) of Olean; his grandchildren, Jordan Blazejewski (Rachel Woeller), Bradley Blazejewski, Brenton Blazejewski, Ashley Blazejewski-Coutant, Shelby Falk (Matt), Alexander Blazejewski, Sarah Ganoung (Mike), Adam Stark, Matthew Blazejewski, Lauren Blazejewski and Ryan Blazejewski; his great grandchildren, Kevin and Jennifer Falk; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Ginger Blazejewski of Olean; and his sister Susan Hartloff of Elma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
