Congdon; his children, Jessica Collins of Olean, Cristina Orcutt of Olean and Nathan Hoffman of Salamanca; his grandchildren, Liam Hammond, Rhyannon Luper-Orcutt, Logan Hammond, Marcus Collins, Samantha Collins and Stanley Collins; his brothers, Patrick Collins (Janice) of Franklinville, Matthew Collins (Carol) of Dubuque, IA, John Collins (Pamela) of South Bend, IN and Joseph Collins (Michael) of New Hampshire; and his sister-in-law Lauren Collins of Palm Harbor, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
