Bentley; her son Dennis Bentley; her great grandchild Evan Bailey; and her siblings, Byron Polen, Marjorie Polen, John Polen, Thomas Polen, Max Polen, Carl Polen, Ensil Polen, Donald Polen, Edmund Polen, Louise Polen Rutter, Bernice Polen Morris, Clarice Polen Timme, Turner Polen and Wanda Polen Mucke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Bentley and Vicki Jenkins (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Tracy (David), Jennifer, Lindsey (Steven), Erin (John), Cortney (Charles) and April (Thomas).
