He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chiapuso and Donna App. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Rogers (Matt) and Matt Chiapuso; his granddaughters, Kendyl and Peyton Rogers; his siblings, Greg Chiapuso, Steve Chiapuso and Cindy Reed (Joel); his nephews, Chris Chiapuso (Sydney) and Mike Chiapuso (Sonya); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Molly, Heidi, Christopher and Asher; and his close friends, Chris Clark and Dan Evans.
