He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Heavener and Estella Zelie Heavener; and his sisters, Edna M. Mason and Carol Ann Crabb. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Heavener of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, and several great nieces and great nephews.
