He is survived by: his wife Rose Anne of Olean; his children, Michelle Kowalewski (Ronald) of Buffalo, NY and Brian Perkins (Margaret) of Portville, NY; his grandson Cody Perkins of San Antonio, Texas; his siblings, Joan Philips (Edward) of Mt. Morris, NY, Nancy Barth (Charles) of Hendersonville, NC, Barbara Headley of Port Allegany, PA, Ken Perkins (Kathy) of Lewis Run, PA, Randy Perkins (Cindy) of Allegany, NY, Tim Perkins (Judy) of Milton, NH and Mark Perkins (Tammy) of New Wilmington, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Bixby III (Virginia) of Hoschton, GA and Sally Schofield (Spencer) of Williamsville, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
