She is survived by: her partner Robin Little of Olean; her children, Tracie Wilson of Texas, Ed Pierce (Kim) of Texas and Shannon Mikolajczk (Jeremy) of Hinsdale; her siblings, Cheryl Warner, Rick Chapman (Delores), Sharon Simmons, Ron Chapman, Raymond Chapman and Cathy Chapman; and her grandchildren, Scott Hamel (Nikki) of Texas, Sarah Godwin (Robert) of Texas, Seth Pierce of Texas, Zack Pierce (Bethany) of Texas and Derek Mikolajczk of Hinsdale. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
