She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley H. Ligus and Belvias Gumienick Ligus; and her husband Ronald Baer, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Case (Daniel) of Liberty, KY and Ronald Baer, Jr. (Amy Hedden) of Olean; her grandchildren, Ashlee Austin of Liberty, KY, Andy Case of Liberty, KY, Ronald Baer, III (Brittany Ricketts) of Olean, Ryan Baer (Connor Charles) of Cuba and Richard "RJ" Baer of Rochester; her great grandchildren, Camden, Grayson Rhodes, Delanie, Ronan Baer, Bobby and Rhett Baer; and her brother Edward Ligus of Rochester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home (3128 W State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bonaventure Church (95 E Main St, Allegany, NY 14706).
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY, 6400 Sheridan Drive, Suite 320, Amherst, NY 14221, or to either an association that supports dementia patients, or to a hospice organization of the donor's choice.
