He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Violetta and Albert Simmons; and his brother Arnold. He is survived by: his cousin Joan Shores of Texas; and his friends, Stephen Yehl of Allegany, Janie Pitcher of Allegany and David Ouderkirk.
