Wilford will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Hicks and Shirley Hicks; and his brothers, Joseph Hicks Jr. and Clyde Hicks (Buzzy). He is survived by: his siblings, Marcy Carter (Gary), Brian Hicks (Becky), Tim Hicks, Hope Dinkins, Daryl Hicks and Cheryl Kellogg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
