He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Williams and Mary Jane Gillette Williams; his sister Georgia Gorton; his nephew Todd Enquist; and his great-niece McKinley McCouliff.
He is survived by: his siblings, George "Boco" Williams (Darcel) of Durhamville, Thomas Williams (Andrea) of Durhamville, Joyce Sutphen of Chittenango, Joanne Fox of Oneida and Mary Jane "Jill" Kitchen (Dennis) of Conway, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and Jonathan's dog.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Union Cemetery in Willy's memory.
