He is survived by: his daughter Erin Blair; his granddaughter Grace Blair; his adoptive daughters, Brenda Houck and Crystal Becker; his siblings, Joseph Blair (Sue), Colleen Bennett (David) and Heather Delozier (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Angela Blair-Agan (Justin), Alexander Blair, Tony Blair (Katy), Michael Bennett (Brittany), Andrew Bennett (Harley) and Brittani Fowler; and his great-nephews, Axel Blair, Charles Bennett, Theodore Bennett and Dylan Fowler.
