He is survived by: his children, Jaden and Cortney; his parents, Daniel McCormick and Nancy McCormick; his wife Bettina; his siblings, Tate McCormick, Mariann McCormick and Melinda McCormick; and his siblings' children, Shannon Nodine and Maxwell McCormick.
