We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2024, at the age of 80, David J Proctor (Oneida, New York), born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Proctor and Marion Rushlow Proctor; and his siblings, Janet, Ronald and Joan.

He is survived by : his wife Maryrose Mason; his daughters, Kelly Bassett of Chittenango, Julie Benedict (Eric) of Cazenovia, Lorie Emlaw (Steve) of Cazenovia and Kerry Highers (CJ) of Canastota; his grandchildren, Tyler, Rebecca Benedict, Dylan Bassett, Kolby, Killian Emlaw, Cooper and Kaylie Highers; and his sister Karen Otts of Cazenovia.
