She is survived by: her son Scott Haskell (Anne Occhipinti); her grandchildren, Chiara and Max Haskell of Boston; her siblings, Charles Lanz of Oneida Castle and Patricia Trost of North Carolina; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Lanz of Canastota and Mary Jane Lanz of Oneida.
