He was predeceased by: his father Henry J. Clark; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his mother Barbara L. Hudson Clark of Verona; his sons, Henry Clark Jr. of Schenectady and Christopher Clark of South Carolina; and his siblings, Valarie Woodbury (Jim) of Oneida Castle, Susan Rowe (William) of Sherrill, Paula Major of Oneida, Wayne Clark (Renee) of Verona, Steven Clark of Verona, Tarry Clark of Verona and Jon Clark (Jody) of Munnsville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
