He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Godfrey and Doris Godfrey; and his siblings, Delores Dodge (Dee) and Howard Godfrey. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Godfrey; and his children, James J. Godfrey, Michael J. Godfrey, Paula Godfrey and Carey Kholi.
