He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Jakubowski, Alice Jakubowski and Sharon Nickless-Cardinal. He is survived by: his parents, Peter E. Jakubowksi of Oneida and Leah Moomaw Jakubowski (Dennis) of Oneida; his sisters, Samantha Saunders of Rome and Justine Vanderhoof (Joseph) of Sherrill; his grandfather Ernest Cardinal of Morenci, Michigan; his nephew Gage Saunders; and his niece Vaeda Saunders.
