We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2023, at the age of 88, Kathleen A. Dowling (Oneida, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, W. Ernest Dowling and Mildred Williams Dowling; her nephews, William L. Dowling (Maureen) of New Berlin and Timothy J. Dowling (Lisa) of McHenry, Illinois; her sister-in-law Bonnie Dowling of Fontana; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie, Michael, Bill, Megan, Marie and Jacob; her siblings, Mary E. Dowling and William E. Dowling; and also Mary Gualtieri (Clete) of Jamesville.
