She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Campbell and Ernestine Carrier Campbell; and her siblings, Donna Hawelka, Susan Holmes and Terry Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Shaw (Claude Wolfe) of Vernon, Lori Duffel of Canastota and Donald Bielby (Lori Fura) of Blossvale; her grandchildren, Charley, Bryce, Brett, Lisa, Malissa and Trisha; her sister-in-law Christine Bielby of North Carolina; and her pet Pooper. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
