He was predeceased by: his parents, William LeWorthy and Gloria LeWorthy (Brown); and his brother Timothy LeWorthy. He is survived by: his wife Jill Harrington; his son Jack S. LeWorthy; and his siblings, Sheryl Przybycien (Ronald) of Bradenton, Melissa LeWorthy of Syracuse and William LeWorthy (Judy) of Liverpool.
