He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chalker and Mary Chalker (DeOrio); his brother Timothy Chalker; and his brother-in-law Anthony D'Angelo. He is survived by: his children, Richard Chalker of Syracuse and Kristina Hayman of Nevada; his granddaughters, Adriena and Mia; and his sister Cindy D'Angelo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
