He is survived by: his wife Tarie Arnold of Oneida; his children, Jason Dick of Oneida, Ryan Dick of Oneida and Megan Shields (Ryan) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Kylie, Joseph, Anthony Dick, Willow and Shiloh Shields; his siblings, Janet Price (John) of Canastota, Charles Childs (Diane) of Ithaca and Scott Dick of Oneida; his siblings-in-law, Susan Flint of Oneida, Annette O'Neill (Vincent) of Saratoga and Ron Holly (Patrick Salisbury); and his caregivers, Karli Baker, Susan Clark and Amanda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
