He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Switzer. He is survived by: his fiancée Marcia Willis; and his children, Michael, Tommy Jr., Kyle Sr., Justin, Eric, Patricia Callahan, Monica Sparrow and Holly Joy Marie Beamen. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
