He is survived by: his children, Shane T. Kirley of Oneida and Stephanie Marie Hodge (Cody) of Norwich; his mother Barbara Kirley of Oneida; his close friend Mirsada Okanovic; and his siblings, Thomas Kirley, Jr. (Darleen) of Oneida, Sharon Kirley of Oneida Castle and Lisa Kirley of Oneida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home (260 Main St, Oneida, NY 13421). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
