He was predeceased by: his wife Laraine Carroll; and his parents, Frank Carroll and Lina Carroll (Van Skiver). He is survived by: his children, Timothy Carroll (Cindy), Angela Carroll (Jeff Baron) and April Anderson (Brian); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Lord (Dan), Asia, Zach Gressler, Flynn, Andrew Carballo, Dillon, Ashley Anderson, Erika, Tom Goodspeed and Lexi Baron.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Morris VFW Post 1417 (314 Ellis Rd, Laurens, NY 13796).
