He was predeceased by : his parent Marcy A. Brandt (O'Malley); his grandfather David S. Brandt; and his great-aunt Jeanne Marie Tomlinson. He is survived by : his father David M. Brandt of Oneonta; his brother Alec Brandt (Tucker) of Oneonta; his grandparents, Gary, Cheryl Newton of Oneonta, Cheryl Denison (Mark Geatches) of North Carolina and Robert O'Malley of Dryden; his aunt Deborah Prendergast (Patrick) of Valatie; his cousin Rebecca Lanahan (Shane) of Valatie, P. J; his aunt Anastacia Mosher-Arnold; his cousin Sarah Rosaleen Prendergast; and also Marcy A. O'Malley (Gregg Holman) of Dryden.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fortin Park (101 Youngs Rd, Oneonta, NY 13820).
