Carol Joan Powell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Joan Powell (Oneonta, New York), who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Walter J. Powell and Janet D. Powell; her brother David M. Powell (Amy); her extended family, Don, Flossie Powell, Wanda and Jim St John; her cousin Judy Dales (Ancewicz); her grandparents, Noma and Bill; her brother Stephen; her nieces and nephews, Carah of Peru, Jason Powell and Mary Perry; her cousins, Judy Ancewicz, Carol Jeanne Llewellyn and Leeanne Hadsell; her pet Bo; her close friend Kitty; and also, Kathy, Carol Jeanne, Janice and Al Obye of Castle Rock.
