He was predeceased by : his mother Lillian Fisk Gillingham. He is survived by : his father Lynn Gillingham; and his siblings, Vicki Judd, Richard, Gordon, Connie, Sandy and Sherry. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, and cousins.
