It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Simonds of Oneonta, New York, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David T. Evans and Estella Evans (Young); and her husband Robert H. Simonds, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Poulter (Mike) of Elizabeth City, Richard Simonds (Marty) of Linden, Cheryl James of Jacksonville, Doug Simonds (Marlys) of Delhi and Robert Simonds III (Sandy) of Palmetto, Florida; and her grandchildren, Belinda, Darlene, Stacy, Chad, Brock, John, Jill, Lisa, Michael, Michele, Mark, Jason and Robert. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
