She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Williams and Eunice Williams; her husband Fredrick Hall, Sr.; her daughter Pamela Sands; her granddaughter Crystal Timer-Borne; and her siblings, Susie Hartwell, Esther Russell, Kathy Bryden, Gladys Hawkins, Benjamin and Louis Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Decker (Don), Fredrick Hall, Jr. (Andrea), Penelope Timer and Wendy Cleaveland; her son-in-law Bill Sands; her grandchildren, Anthony Winchester, Sr. (Vicki), John Winchester (AnneMarrie), Donald Decker, Jr. (Chris), David Decker, Dennis Decker (Stephanie), Casey Hall, Jennifer Timer (Marilyn), Cami Gulla (Ryan) and Shelby Cleaveland (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Ryan Winchester, Grant, Emma Decker, Hannah, Charlie Decker, Trevor and Taylor Decker; her great great grandchildren, Lucas, Owen Winchester and Jackson Winchester; her siblings, Charles Burrows of Sparta, TN and Carolyn Greenaway; her siblings-in-law, Jack Hartwell, John Pearson, Janice Williams and Doris Brooks; and her cousin Dean Roberts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
