She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter E. Levandowski and Veronica Levandowski (Kosnik); her husband Donald W. Madison; and her daughter Brittany. She is survived by : her sons, Ryan (Meri Madison), Nick Madison (Erin Bischoff) and Denver; her grandchildren, Leah and Jack; and her siblings, Kandy Spooner (Ralph), Ted Levandowski, Ed Roche and William Roche. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
