He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Judd and Edith Judd (Osterhout); and his sister Cecilia Judd Russel. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Judd (Herron); his children, Elizabeth Judd Howland (Michael) of North Franklin and Edward Judd (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Tracer Howland, Kailee Young, Cael Howland, Matthew Judd, Amber Oberry, Heather Sahrbeck, Rachel Sahrbeck and Anthony Monaceo (Yiji). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.
