She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Foster and Lura Foster (Rappleyea); her husband Alan; her children, Joshua and Ashley (Nate); her grandchildren, Ronnee and Noah; her sisters, Joanne (Jack), Anita (Robert), Annette and Leah; her niece Kimberly (Andy); her great-nephews, Nickolas and Alec; and her sister-in-law Paula.
Patsy requested that any donations in her memory be made to the Portlandville Pine Grove Cemetery Association, 167 Dorr Edson Road, Oneonta, New York 13820.
