We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2022, at the age of 94, Philip M. Bedford of Oneonta, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip M. Bedford to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gertrude Misner Bedford and Raymond R. Bedford; his son Philip W. Bedford; and his brother Raymond Bedford. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie White; his daughters, Mary Bedford Ruffino (Thomas) and Linda Bedford Spencer (Edward); his grandchildren, Amanda Scimeca (Russ), Mathew Armstrong (Jen) and Barbara Bedford; his sister-in-law Evelyn Griffin; his nephews, Steven Walke, James Walke and Timothy Walke; and his niece Tina Walke. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
