He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tolley of Oneonta; his son Thomas Francis Tolley (Althea Levenson); his grandchildren, Eric Platt of Franklin, Brianna Tolley of Maryland and Thomas Bryan Tolley of Franklin; his son Timothy Wesley Tolley (Michele Smith); his grandchildren, Jonathon Tolley of Florida, Courtney Tolley of Florida, Zackary Smith, Torie Couse of Cooperstown, Amanda-Jo Tolley of Maryland, Timothy Michael Tolley and Becky Miller of Oneonta; his son Joel Arthur (Jeanne Tolley); his grandchildren, Joel Jordan Allan Tolley, Kyra Lynne of Otego, McKee Tolley of Greene, Robert Wiswell, Natasha Wiswell-Hodge of Norwich, Cody, Rachel Wiswell of Greene, Trevor, Cheyanne Wiswell of Sidney, Abigail Tolley, Hunter Galley of Otego, Caleb Harrington and Marines; his great grandchildren, Mason Gaynor, Gentry Smith, Timothy Michael Tolley, Jr., Treyson Tolley, Kinsley Galley, Isabella Wiswell, Payton Wiswell-Hodge, Ella Rose Wiswell, Arianna Wiswell-Hodge, Ayden Wiswell-Hodge and Chloe Wiswell; and his siblings, Maryann Craig of Minnesota, Bill Tolley of Florida and Jack Tolley of Buffalo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
