She was predeceased by: her son Richard Van Slyke. She is survived by: her husband Eugene; and her children, Daniel Bane, Michael Bane (Lisa), Patrick Bane (Maureen), Maureen Meyering (Rob) and Christopher Van Slyke. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
