Arvilla Palmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvilla Palmer of Ontario, New York, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arvilla Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Negley and Emma Negley; her children, Bobbie Palmer Fultz (Bobette) and Robert Stephen Palmer; her grandsons, Jarrod Keith Palmer and Sonny Stephen Palmer (Robert); her sister Emma Jean Young; and her close friend Jason Cahill.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Kotvis (Palmer); her grandchildren, David Earl Kotvis, Jr. (Sarah), Brandon Eric Kotvis, Nathan Daniel Kotvis (Lyndsay), Demitrea Palmer, Stephanie Palmer, Andrea Palmer, Corrie Arnold and Sheila Bailey; her brother Douglas Ira Negley; and her son-in-law Randy Fultz (Bev Safford). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the White Haven Memorial Park (All Seasons Chapel) (210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534).
