Cindy Jean Hoage Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Jean Hoage of Ontario, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her husband Rob Hoage; her daughter Kailyn Van Slyke; her grandchildren, Sawyer, Lincoln and Marshall Van Slyke; her parents, William J. Slyke, and Carol Van Slyke, Sr.; her siblings, William J. Van Slyke, Jr. (Rena), Keith and Lynne Van Slyke; and her siblings-in-law, Daniel, Chris Hoage, Carol, Chris Craft and Danielle (Gabe DiGennero). She is also survived by many nieces, cousins, and friends.
