He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McKenna and Mary McKenna (Mahoney); and his brother James B. McKenna Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McKenna; his children, Cornelius McKenna Jr. (Kim), Andrew McKenna, Debbie McKenna, David McKenna (Kate) and William McKenna (Santa); and his sister Sheila McKenna. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels (1961 Ridge Rd, Ontario, NY 14519). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's of the Lake (5823 Walworth Rd, Ontario, NY 14519).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital at the University of Rochester.
