He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Urbanik and Mary Urbanik; and his siblings, Frank, Marty, Richard and Gerald.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Bolton (Gordon) and Nancy Manuse (Robert); his siblings' children, Carrie Alloco (Tom), Laurie Bolton, Kathy Manuse and Robert Manuse, Jr.; and his pets, Blu, Harley, Champ and Daisy Eugene. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
