He is survived by: his girlfriend Doris Day; his son Benjamin Slocum (family: Laurie Slocum, Suzanne Perkins, Linda Burkhart, Bruce Slocum, Jim Day, Scott Day); and his siblings, Carol Boughton and Bill Slocum. He is also survived by family, Laurie Slocum and family, Suzanne Perkins and family, Linda Burkhart and family, Bruce Slocum and family.
