With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Loomis MD of Ontario, New York, born in Forest Hills, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 98. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Copley Loomis and Leon Charles Loomis; his sister Marjorie Loomis Egan (Laura "Jinny" Loomis); and his daughter Lynne Loomis-Price (Tony). He is survived by: his children, Jane Loomis Smith (Neal) and Richard Leon Loomis; his grandchildren, Carolyn Wooster (Jim), Laura Wright (Rob), Eric Loomis (Sara), Meredith Dawson (Mickey), Alison Price (Jared) and Sam Price (Carly); his uncle Dr. Ralph Loomis (Norm); and his wife Laura "Jinny" Russell.
