She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Josephine Eaton (Granger) and Clinton Fred Eaton; her husband Richard Ameele; her siblings, James Eaton (Ruth), Granger Eaton (June), Norton Eaton (Betty), Glenna Lewis (Peter) and Pearl Kiesinger (Homer); and her brothers-in-law, Daniel McCullough and Robert Ameele (Joanne).

She is survived by : her sister Nettie McCullough; her siblings-in-law, Carol Gillespie (Ameele) and Lester Gillespie; her sons, Allan Ameele, Brian Ameele (Laurie) and Nelson Ameele (Cindy); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan), Danielle (Larry), Aaron (Brandy), Sarah (Randy) and Benjamin; her stepgrandsons, Sean (Katie), Brady (Marisa) and Joshua (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Vera, Hila, Layla, Wynn and Jacob. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
