It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Reiss of Orangeburg, New York, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred Reiss to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Marilyn; and his daughter Sue Shapiro. He is survived by : his children, Fern Reiss (Jonathan Harris) and Michael Reiss (Cathy Lamstein-Reiss); his son-in-law Avie Shapiro; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Daniel, Ariel, Shoshie, Yona, Atara, Nechama, Brandon and Joshua. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Sinai (75 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at the Temple Sinai Cemetery (2420 NY-302, Middletown, NY 10919).
