He was predeceased by: his sibling Gene D'Amico (late Maxine). He is survived by: his spouse Gail D'Amico; his children, Tracey Yudess (Scott), Kristin Spear (Billy) and Dana Aevermann (Darren); his grandchildren, Koa, Tyler, Willow, Riley and Miles; his great grandchild Ximena; and his sister Mary Ratka (Dave). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
