Daniel H. Johnston Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel H. Johnston (Orchard Park, New York), who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Daniel departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Daniel. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Johnston; his brothers, Anthony Johnston and Michael Johnston; and his niece Jennifer Johnston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (5200 Sheridan Dr, Amherst, NY 14221).
