He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin H. Chapman and Mary Ann Chapman (Lenahan); his stepfather Norman Kazmierczak; his siblings, Calvin H. Chapman Jr. (late Cynthia) and Lane G. Chapman; and his stepsiblings, Dale G. Kazmierczak (Betty), Marvin A. Kazmierczak (Glenna), Karl B. Kazmierczak (Sue), Bryan Kazmierczak and Darren A. Kazmierczak.
He is survived by: his brother James S. Chapman (Jeannie); and his stepsibling Claude N. Kazmierczak (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home, inc. (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
